Many parents love the idea of a D1 athlete. Few love the structure it takes to become one,

They want scholarships without early mornings. Offers without discipline. Recruiting attention while the athlete treats the dream like is has unlimited time remaining.

Coaches recruit habits before they recruit highlights. D1 programs are not just taking an athlete, they're taking the environment that built the athlete too.

Athletes who separate themselves come from homes that treated the goal seriously long before anyone else did. Structure. Nutrition. Sleep. Discipline. Accountability.

This stuff compounds. Get on it! By the time recruiting comes around it will be too late to fake it!

Ryan Adams largely contributed to Grants athletic skill, speed and unmatched game day preparation through workouts designed uniquely by THE BAND LAB (formerly Xpress Sports Training). In addition to in session training - support to Grant and his teammates even extended to gameday sideline support! Not expected but 100% appreciated!
